I was born in Sri Lanka. I didn't grow up with wealth, a business playbook, or any of the things people assume successful entrepreneurs start with. What I had was a stubborn belief that my life could be more than what it looked like on paper.
In 2008, when the world was falling apart economically, I started my cleaning business — not because the timing was good, but because I was tired of waiting for the right moment.
That business — Malco Cleaning — grew into a six-figure operation spanning multiple cities. And everything I teach today comes from what I learned building it from nothing.
